2. Description of services

The website presents services and training in the field of cosmetics, such as:

-eyelash extensions,

-eye lash curler,

-lamination of the eyebrows,

-permanent make-up,

-individual and group training.

3. Ordering and payment

The booking process takes place via email, contact form or social media. Once the appointment is confirmed, the customer receives all the payment details.

Payment methods:

-TRR reference,

-payment by arrangement (in certain cases).

Registration for a course is only confirmed once payment (in full or in the first instalment) has been received. This also reserves the date.

4. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund

-A party can cancel free of charge at least 14 days before the start of the course. In this case, the participant may opt for a full refund or transfer the registration to another date.

-If cancellation is made less than 14 days before the start of the course, or if the client does not attend the course without prior cancellation, the fee is non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure (e.g. confirmed illness, on presentation of appropriate proof).

-In case of force majeure on the part of the Contractor (e.g. illness, unforeseen circumstances), the Contractor reserves the right to change the dates. In this case, no refund will be made and the client will be offered an equivalent alternative date.

All content on the website (text, images, logos, educational materials) is copyrighted and owned by Anarma Adžić, s.p.

Any copying, distribution or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
