Ordering and payment<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The booking process takes place via email, contact form or social media. Once the appointment is confirmed, the customer receives all the payment details.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Payment methods:<\/div>\n<div>-TRR reference,<\/div>\n<div>-payment by arrangement (in certain cases).<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Registration for a course is only confirmed once payment (in full or in the first instalment) has been received. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund<\/div>\n<div>-A party can cancel free of charge at least 14 days before the start of the course. In this case, the participant may opt for a full refund or transfer the registration to another date.<\/div>\n<div>-If cancellation is made less than 14 days before the start of the course, or if the client does not attend the course without prior cancellation, the fee is non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure (e.g. confirmed illness, on presentation of appropriate proof).<\/div>\n<div>-In case of force majeure on the part of the Contractor (e.g. illness, unforeseen circumstances), the Contractor reserves the right to change the dates.
